I have 26 years experience in the food industry. I have worked in many different places including some of the most popular 5 star hotels, these include Sheraton, Regent, Centre in New Zealand and in Fiji. My position was at the executive levels. I was also a production manager at the Food and Cake Factory for 2 years and had my own business named Chefs Pattiserie & Catering Ltd for the last 8 years. I have now ventured into another business named Catering Masters NZ Ltd and been operating this successfully for the last 3 years.
